Reflecting on a pivotal moment in my career, I vividly recall returning home from a demanding corporate job, disheartened and exhausted. At the age of 31, I had ascended to a large corporate position, only to discover myself immersed in a toxic work environment. The toll on my well-being was evident—my hair was falling out, I suffered from recurrent UTI infections due to prolonged desk hours, and my doctor warned of potential health risks, urging me to reconsider my career path. It was a stark realization: the so-called pinnacle of success wasn't worth the sacrifice.
In a courageous move, I walked away from it all, grappling with fear and uncertainty. With a 2-year-old and a newborn to provide for, transitioning to a startup was daunting. The weight of societal expectations, coupled with the fear of being perceived as a failure, loomed large. However, guided by a mentor's encouragement, I embarked on a journey that unfolded over the past 15 years.
Today, I stand as the proud owner of four thriving companies, boasting international recognition for my brand, bestselling books, and sought-after opportunities for paid public speaking engagements. The leap of faith I took paved the way for unimaginable success.
Sharing a similar trajectory, my colleague Shelby and I realized that our combined experiences held the key to empowering women navigating the challenging transition to the business world. Recognizing the need to unveil our secrets, we fused our passion for business, branding, and public speaking into the Authentic Genius program. This transformative program guides women through the entire spectrum—from crafting compelling keynotes to establishing an iconic brand.
If you're ready to unlock your full potential and elevate your personal brand, consider scheduling a discovery meeting with Shelby and me to learn more about the Authentic Genius Program. Together, let's embark on a journey towards your success. Curious about this program message message me or Shelby

As many of you know, our AI matching system launched just two weeks ago, and we’re thrilled to see you gradually activating your profiles. We understand this process will take some time, and we anticipate it may be a couple of months before everyone is fully set up.
A few important reminders:
Not all women in our community are on the app yet, and not all are currently in the AI matching system. And some women choose to not be on either and just attend event local events. So please note both these systems are these are not representative our all of our members. Although we encourage all women to download locals app and as well our AI matching program. As we transition to a more refined and personalized experience—moving away from a broad directory to meaningful, strategic connections—we appreciate your patience and support.
As with any new technology, there may be occasional glitches. However, if you've attended our virtual or in-person events, you know how committed we are to ...
