Ladies,
so most you know I travel the world and speak and with that often brings some risk in travel. I have had 3 different instances where I was almost abducted. Thankfully being a big women I am I was able to fight my way out of it but I didn't do it well. I then decided I needed to better understand how to defend myself and after much research found Randy Rozzell a retired navy seal, at the time an active firefighter and he was teaching a very customized self defense program. To be honest I was really intimated to do this but my husband and I both felt I needed to better understand how to defend myself. So I trained with Randy for a year. He was professional, appropriate, I never got injured in my training and most of all he listened to my concerns and crafted a customized program to my body size on how someone with my height, and size could defend themselves. After a year of training I can say I feel fully competent in defending myself and getting myself out of sticky situations. Randy also attended our She Talks and came to support veterans as a retired veteran and is a huge advocate for us with him having two daughters. Randy has retired as a firefighter and now is doing his training full time. If your in the Dallas areas and you want to be trained in anything from Guns to self defense and more Randy can do that for you. I had such a good experience I really wanted to make sure all you women know about it and if you are like me intimated to even go I wanted to share a safe and secure person you can train with. If your in the Dallas area Randy will be doin a Tactical pistol fundamentals course I highly recommend.
