As many of you know, our AI matching system launched just two weeks ago, and we’re thrilled to see you gradually activating your profiles. We understand this process will take some time, and we anticipate it may be a couple of months before everyone is fully set up.
A few important reminders:
Not all women in our community are on the app yet, and not all are currently in the AI matching system. And some women choose to not be on either and just attend event local events. So please note both these systems are these are not representative our all of our members. Although we encourage all women to download locals app and as well our AI matching program. As we transition to a more refined and personalized experience—moving away from a broad directory to meaningful, strategic connections—we appreciate your patience and support.
As with any new technology, there may be occasional glitches. However, if you've attended our virtual or in-person events, you know how committed we are to fostering high-quality connections. And we hope for some grace as we deal with those occasional glitches.
If you joined as a member in 2024, you’ve been grandfathered into our new programs, including the AI matching system.
To activate your AI matching profile:
Visit leadandempowerher.com and go to the Member Portal on the homepage.
Create your profile (this takes just 5–8 minutes).
Use the attached video as a guide to navigate the system and start making meaningful connections.
Set a reminder each Monday to go in check your Ai matching profile and see what new matches you have.

We all need that internal gas pedal. That Friday Mode. The part of us that remembers we’re human BEINGS, not just human DOINGS. Don’t wait till Friday to feel free.
